...the '80s. I know, a lot of people will probably say the same thing. The '80s had some great hits like "Tainted Love", "Uptown Girl", "99 Red Balloons" (I knew the original from Germany and heard it more times in German than in English), "Nine to Five" and more. The '80s had no fashion sense and neither did I. I was a dork in the '80s. Plus, I love lots of bold colors and the '80s had them!

Who loves reading clean fantasy novels? My friend Heidi Lyn Burke is giving her two eBooks away for free on the 15th and 16th of March. All she wants in return is for you to tell people about her books and / or give a review. I've done a review for the first book and I'm still going to do a review for the second one. You can read my neat review and awesome author interview here!

Ok, I loved seeing all the pictures of you from the 80s and I even had my hair cut like that bottom right hand one and think I shared it on of my posts recently a picture where my hair looked exactly the same from back then. Thanks for linking up and joining us and totally wishing you a wonderful weekend now, too!! :)

Hahaha! I can't believe we sported the same crazy haircut! :D
I loved the 80s! And honestly, I think we were ALL dorks back then. I love your hairstyles but I think the mullet is my favorite.
My recent post The Best Decade
Oh those hairstyles! They could not be more different. Particularily fond of the short on top, long on back mullet number ... you look just like Adam Sandler in The Wedding Singer ... sorry ...

Thanks Kelly for popping over! I think the mullet was called "a hedgehog haircut" in Germany (ein Igel Haarschnitt). I didn't choose it. It was kind of decided for me between an over-exuberant hairdresser and my mom and I just had to wait and see the result. I felt awkward my first day back at school to say the least!
Oh my god, you rocked that mullet! Did anybody ever look good in the 80's? What was wrong with us back then?
