Bright Fruit and a Linky

Our neighbor gave us a bag of great big pomegranates a few weeks ago. The beautiful fruit inside is called arils and they look like bright red rubies. They are messy to work with but the arils freeze well. I often make a late afternoon smoothie for my husband and daughter and frozen fruit is great for that. I usually have fresh or frozen bananas on hand and I usually add one or two bananas to all my smoothies. Do you like smoothies?
