Cat in My Garden and a Linky

We are heading into summer and my Indian hawthorn is in full bloom. I took these photos last year and never shared them. Isn't Prince the most handsome cat? If I'm in the garden taking photos, there's a good chance he's nearby. I'm also sharing flower pics on 1camera1mom, including Indian hawthorn.

Pets and Linky

Biscuit and Koda were told to sit and stay. What are they looking at so intently? It's a big temptation, but Prince is willing to take the risk. The dogs chase cats and they will go for ours, so we keep a close eye on them. That doesn't stop Prince from hanging out with us near the home when we take the dogs for a walk.

Living with Pets at the Beach and a Linky

Jessica turned 21 last Sunday! We celebrated with High Tea at Cape Grace on the Waterfront in Cape Town. 

Most of these photos were taken over the Easter weekend at our kids' grandparents house and the pets belong to them. We recently looked after Ziggy, their miniature Schnauzer, while my father-in-law was in hospital. The tabby cat is Tammy and she's an old girl.

Sheela the Cat and a Linky

We own two cats, but I rarely manage to get a good photo of Sheela. She belongs to Amanda and Amanda named her. She loves Amanda, but she's skittish around people. Prince, on the other hand, loves people and enjoys being around me when I'm taking photos in the house or garden. He'll even photobomb my shots!
