Thanks to everyone who wished me a Happy 40th Birthday and to those who shared my birthday post on Google+ and/or Twitter! I really appreciate it. For those who were looking out for my weekend blog hop, I'm sorry that it never went live. I first forgot about it and when I did remember, it crossed my mind that I was still behind in visiting the linked posts of everyone who had left comments over the past week and decided that I didn't want to get further behind. I've been working on a great post for Friday with a recipe and I hope you pop in and link up then!

The orchid and the flowers were gifts for my birthday. The gecko was on my bathroom wall. All photos were taken in the past week and I had fun with them. Enjoy!
