Picture Perfect Party Linky #25

Animals for Adoption

Many of you know that we have been looking and praying for our lost kitten, Tabitha. In the meantime, we went ahead and got another kitten. You can see photos and read about her on my post, "A New Kitten."

One of the places we went in search of Tabitha was at the SPCA where she was originally from. I took these photos of their latest canine strays that are waiting for good homes. I didn't have time to get pictures of the cats and kittens, and there were plenty of kittens. I hope these pictures will inspire you to check out your local animal shelter and to consider adopting.

You can link your own picture posts on my linky below.

Can see you see the dark lump against the back wall of the picture above?
I zoomed in with my camera and took this picture below.

Aww! aren't they cute adorable

Have a fantabulosa week ;-)
i feel so bad for these poor creatures. I do hope they find a good home soon. All my animals that I've in my adult life thus far have been adopted or take-ins. I couldn't be any happier with all of them.

Hi, Thank you for hosting.

Awe, they are so cute. Especially the ones in the last shot.
It breaks my heart that there are so many homeless...I wish I could adopt all of them! Thanks for hosting and have a great week.
They are all so cute and adorable. I would have so much trouble choosing. We have two puppies already and we are contemplating getting a third. We will definitely check out a shelter first. No pet stores.
So sad. I am so glad you adopted. Off to see the new kitty!

Poor Tabitha :( That was kind of you to adopt another kitten that needed a home.

Happy WW :)

Hope those pups find a good home.
I'd love to go adopt another dog, but my husband would probably divorce me if I did. I love my rescue dogs!

They are all so adorable! Bless your kind heart!
Thanks for the linkup as always and those pictures truly make me want to go out and adopt a liter. Seriously, I hate seeing poor defenseless animals like this. Happy you did get a new kitten, but still hoping that Tabitha does return.

Great photos! That's so pitiful of the two dogs snuggled together. I don't understand why people don't take of their pets, but that's like trying to understand why some won't even care for their children. It's totally senseless and neglectful. Thanks for hosting!
My recent post This gives me a case of cabin fever.....
They are too cute. Makes me want to go get a nice furry pet, but we are rarely home, so it's not fair to them!
I'm your newest GFC follower! http://lacksupdates.blogspot.com
Thanks for hosting! When our little one is older, we're going to get another dog from a shelter or rescue group. Our last fur baby was from a rescue and he was wonderful. Found you through Crafty Spices http://georgielee.blogspot.com
I'm a huge animal welfare advocate. I wrote a post awhile ago on the importance of adoption vs. buying from breeders and shops. Here it is if you would like to check it out: http://shonaskye.blogspot.com/2012/10/shona-skye-...

Thanks for hosting this Christina. Have a wonderful day!

So nice dogs and so good that someone is taking good care of them.
Everyone needs a good home, those with two legs and those with four legs.

Good evening from Marit.
My recent post Berger i vinterfrakk.
Our dog is a rescue dog. If I went to the animal shelter, I know I'll come home with a whole litter. Great photos!
